Casa Flamenca brings the Spanish tablao to the USA with the soul of a peña — the intimate flamenco gathering where the art is shared among those who love it, not staged for a crowd. In a house, not on a stage, you sit beside the artists — a resident maestro from Cádiz and rotating masters from across Andalucía, brought together by our Artistic Director and bailaora, Carmen “La Chispa” Montes. This is flamenco whole and in balance — cante (song), toque (guitar), and baile (dance) in living conversation, improvised, spontaneous, never the same night twice. Whether you’re a lifelong aficionado, a devoted student, or new to flamenco entirely, Casa Flamenca welcomes you into the living tradition.
